How to secure health insurance for employees — foreign nationals?
VšZP is introducing a new way that will make securing health insurance for employees without permanent residence in the territory of the Slovak Republic much easier. How do you establish health insurance?
- On our website, you can fill out the online application form for the establishment of public health insurance for foreign nationals employed in the territory of the Slovak Republic.
- Your employee signs the application form.
- The signature can be done online biodynamically or using the regular method, after filling out the application and printing it.
- If you choose the option of in-person delivery of the application form to VšZP, you can submit it personally at any of our branches or deliver it by post.
- The application form must be accompanied by the mandatory annexes.
Mandatory Annexes
The application form must include a copy of the employment contract and the identification document provided in the application form.
If the employee specifies an EU country as their place of work, the PD A1 Form on the Applicable Legislation is also a mandatory annex.
